内容摘要The modification of metabolites is also a key part of the high adaptability of plants. Chemical modification of metabolites contributes to the metabolite diversity, which plays different roles in plant growth and development and resistance to biotic and abiotic stress, by hundreds of modifying types including glycosylation, glutathionylation, acetoxylation, methylation, etc. Due to the limitations of open-source databases, it is difficult to directly match the modified metabolites especially the metabolites modified by glutathione.Therefore, a new untargeted metabolomics method was established to identify the modified metabolites on account of that modified group and the modified metabolite would produce the same fragment ions under gradient ionization
